Events define the live play out of a stream and contain configuration and assets to support this.

Events can be accessed from the Control Room of a Project.

Selecting each Event from the Events panel will update the view of other panels in the Control Room to reflect that Event.

Create an Event

From the Control Room

  1. Press the Add Event button from the Events Panel

  2. Define a Title and Poster for the Event.
    Schedule, Plugins, Sources and Outputs may also be defined at this point

  3. Save Changes

Hint: Optionally search for and select a Facebook Page to improve the look of the Sharing URL

During Project creation

When creating a new Project, you will be prompted to create a Schedule during the Project creation.

The effect of defining a Schedule is to create an Event in the newly created Project.

Edit or Delete an Event

  1. Select the pencil icon next to the Event name in the Events panel

    • Edit: Update as required then Save Changes

    • Delete: Press Delete to remove the Event from the Control Room
