It is possible to generate a set of ticket ids separately from the supported ticket integrations.

A set of ticket ids can be exported and distributed to consumers via other platforms, for example by emailing consumers a link directly.

Ticket exports are available from a Project with Live Player configuration, from the Tickets menu.

Exporting Tickets

  1. From the Ticket Retailers panel, select Export CSV

  2. The Ticket Retailer window is displayed

    • Title: Enter a descriptive title for the ticket export

    • Ticket prefix: Enter a prefix that will be used in each generated ticket reference

    • Quantity: Select from the suggested volumes, or type the specific desired quantity of tickets

    • Purchase URL: Not relevant for ticket exports

    • Price: Not relevant for ticket exports

    • Button Color: Not relevant for ticket exports

    • Status: Not relevant for ticket exports

  3. Press Create to begin the ticket generation - this will create a new entry in the Ticket Retailer panel

  4. Right click on the new entry, then select Download Tickets to download a file with the generated ticket references

Using exported Tickets

The end user will need to be directed to the Live Player domain with a generation to the Ticket in the following format, where <domain> is replaced with the Live Player domain prefix and <ticket> with a unique ticket reference from the previous export.

https://<domain prefix>.push.live/?ticket=<ticket>
HTML

For example:

https://example.push.live/?ticket=example-12345678
CODE

The end user will need to create a PUSH account or login to their existing PUSH account, which will link the unique ticket to their account.

Each end user will require a unique ticket reference. Once a ticket has been linked to a PUSH user account it cannot be claimed again
