Send Ticket Invitations

Sending Invites is intended for one off ticket emails, or to invite new moderators.

The Send Invite button is found from a Project’s Live Player configuration, under the Tickets menu.

Send an Invitation

1. Press the Send Invite button from the Ticket Retailers panel

   

2. Fill out the form

   • Name: The name specified for the user in the email

   • Email: Email address to send the ticket to

   • Moderator: Set to Moderator to give the user access to Moderation controls in the Player

3. Send to trigger sending of the email
